For the Pariente family, it is a question of going further and making this extraordinary address a benchmark for the French art of living for modern aesthetes around the world. Thus was born the Hôtel du Mont Ventoux, with its majestic decor directly inspired by the spirit of the South of France.
Rooms & Suites
In each of the 26 rooms and 17 suites at the Hôtel Crillon le Brave, the old red floor tiles typical of Provence contrast with the warm, contemporary decor designed by renowned interior designer Charles Zana. Linen is omnipresent, natural nuances in half-tones and silky materials… Everywhere, a light, bright and refined atmosphere invites you to rest and enjoy a gentle intimacy.
Rooms
Each room is unique, remaining in its original layout according to the architecture of the house. Filled with beautiful natural materials, soft colours and carefully sourced antiques upholstered with silky fabrics. The atmosphere is one of poetry and simple, authentic charm, typical of a romantic hotel in Provence.

The Bar is the perfect place to relax in a calm and intimate atmosphere, while enjoying a pastis, a typical tradition of Provence. With its pastel shades and vaulted ceiling, the bar invites you to enjoy cheerful moments, in a place where comfort and elegance blend harmoniously.
Le Salon Madeleine
At Salon Madeleine, the culinary journey continues. This Salon, and mostly its terrace, are perfect for group dinners, cocktails and ceremonies. We offer the same menu as La Table du Ventoux, albeit with more intimacy.

A veritable sanctuary dedicated to well-being and relaxation, the Spa and its team offer a moment of tranquillity in the gentlest of atmospheres.
The aquatic spaces now unfold around two swimming pools. The first, like a window with an uninterrupted view over Provence, offers a new invitation every day to discover the Provencal landscapes as far as the eye can see, and their nuances of colour.
The second, an adults-only pool, is designed for calm and relaxation in every season. Hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold baths complete the well-being experience.
The fitness area is a place dedicated to pampering yourself and pushing your limits, in one of Crillon le Brave’s most surprising settings.
The Spa
The spa offers an intimate, subdued setting more than perfect for getting back in touch with yourself, thanks to an approach entirely dedicated to the well-being of body and mind.
With three treatment rooms, one of which is a double, Hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and cold baths, the protective cocoon of the Spa des Écuries focuses on gentle effectiveness, with the help of the American organic brand Tata Harper, SeeMy Cosmetics, a pioneering brand in technological beauty, and the artisanal oils of Maison Caulière. Tailored to each person’s personal needs, the treatment protocols combine the many benefits of nature for a gentle return to serenity.
The Pools
During your stay, you’ll enjoy basking in the sun and savoring the moment, with Mont Ventoux as a sublime backdrop, a veritable postcard landscape. The sparkling ripples of the water are enchanting, inviting you to enjoy its turquoise colour and refreshing benefits all day long. In autumn, of course, the pools remain open and heated, so you can enjoy the Provencal countryside in all seasons.

Located in the old village chapel, our fitness room is open every day and exclusively reserved for hotel residents.
