FBR Hotel Consulting is a boutique consultancy and representation company for the luxury travel industry. Founded in London in 2016 by Flavia Brutti-Righetti, we pair deep hotel experience with relationships built over years with a network that opens doors and attention to detail on every single client.

Meet Flavia

Hospitality is her love language.

Flavia’s career began in 2007 at Bulgari Hotel Milano, straight after graduating summa cum laude in Foreign Languages from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Fluent in English, German, Spanish and Italian, she found in luxury hospitality the perfect home for her love of people, languages and detail. Since then she has worked in some of the world’s most exclusive hotels and destinations, and she still can’t imagine doing anything else.
